Nikolaos Skoulikaris
Radiologist
He graduated from School of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and Corps Officers Military Academy in Thessaloniki in 1999 and completed radiology training in University Hospital of Crete in 2008.
He has worked as chief of radiology department in Naval Military Hospital in Souda, Chania from 2008- 2009, and as a radiology consultant in 401 General Military Hospital in Athens from 2010-2012. From 2012 he works as a radiology consultant in the Radiology Department of 424 General Military Training Hospital in Thessaloniki.
He undertook training on pediatric radiology in Papageorgiou General Hospital, in Thessaloniki and in Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou",in Athens. He has worked as Scientific Manager for the Radiology Department in Private Hospital in Chania from 2008-2010, as consultant radiologist in Saint Luke private Hospital in Thessaloniki from 2013, and as consultant radiologist in several private radiology laboratories.
He has extensive knowledge of imaging and diagnostic procedures in Ultrasound, CT and MRI. His main expertise is in pediatric (with special interest in infant hip ultrasound and ceVUS), musculoskeletal and abdominal radiology, and has lately gained a lot of experience in thoracic and head and neck radiology diagnostic procedures.
He is a member of Hellenic Society of Radiology, European Society of Radiology, European Society of Skeletal Radiology (ESSR) and European Society of Pediatric Radiology (ESPR).
